"Good price, but not perfect"
I had a look around on a few different travel sites before booking, and Travel Universe ended up being the cheapest for the same flights. The booking process was straightforward, so no real complaints there. I wouldn’t say it was anything amazing, but I was happy enough overall since the price was better than everywhere else I checked.

"Got my documents on time, but they could be clearer"
I received my travel documents on time, which was definitely a relief. The only issue was that a few parts were a bit confusing, so I had to read through everything twice and double-check some details myself. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I would’ve felt more confident if the instructions were simpler and easier to follow.

"Why was booking here so complicated?"
I tried using Travel Universe the whole thing just made me feel uneasy. The information wasn’t as clear as I expected, and I kept thinking, why is this so complicated? I didn’t feel confident about what I was actually paying for, which isn’t what you want when booking travel.
Maybe some people have had a smoother experience, but for me it didn’t feel reliable or straightforward. I ended up second guessing the process too much, so I wouldn’t book through them again.

"I had a bit of an issue..."
I had a bit of an issue with my booking and, from past experience with other companies, I was expecting it to turn into a hassle. But they got back to me quickly and sorted it properly without me having to keep chasing. Looking back, it was handled really smoothly and I’d be happy to use them again.

"Not really sure I’d use them again"
I’m not really happy with my experience with Travel Universe. I booked a trip through the site and then had trouble getting a clear confirmation, which made me uneasy. I tried reaching out to support, but the replies were slow and didn’t really answer my questions properly. Maybe I just had bad luck, and I’m sure some people have had better experiences, but it left me feeling frustrated and not very confident in the site. I don’t think I’d use them again.

"They made changing my flight easy"
I needed to change my flight and thought it was going to turn into a whole thing, like these things usually do. But it was handled really quickly, and I was kind of surprised how smooth it felt. Nice to have it sorted without spending the whole day stressing about it.

I booked through traveluniverse.com.au the whole thing was really easy. The search worked properly, pages loaded quickly, and I could compare the different options without feeling lost or confused... which is always a plus. Checkout was simple too, with no strange extra steps or pop-ups getting in the way. My confirmation came through straight away, so overall I was happy with how smooth it all went.

I booked my trip through Travel Universe it was easy enough from my experience. The site didn’t feel confusing, the pages loaded properly, and I was able to get through the payment step without anything going wrong. I always feel a bit more relaxed once the confirmation email comes through, and that arrived soon after, so overall it felt like a smooth booking process.

"Decent prices, but the fees test your patience"
The prices seem okay at first, but then the fees start piling on quickly. I had to just sit there and be patient like I had a choice, watching the total creep up. Not terrible value, but definitely not as good as it looks upfront.

"Took way too long to confirm my ticket"
I waited way longer than expected just to get my ticket confirmed, and it was frustrating. I get that delays happen, but the lack of speed made the whole process stressful. At the very least, I’d expect an apology for the wait.
